Eagles for Impact takes place each year at THE PLAYERS Championship, and as the name says, it is based on the eagles made by the pro in the event. For every eagle made during the Players Championship, Morgan Stanley donates $5000 to the First Tee. The First Tee is a youth development organization that has a 25-year history of using golf to teach lessons about life.

Through the Eagles for Impact program, Morgan Stanley has contributed more than $1.2 million in donations. The donations have helped in training more than 195 diverse coaches, who have then mentored over 44,000 First Tee participants. This commitment from MS remains unchanged for this year as well.

The children who take part in the program don’t just learn how to succeed at golf. Greg McLaughlin, First Tee’s CEO said while talking about what sets the organization apart, “Our dedicated and trained coaches set First Tee apart. We have PGA of America and LPGA professionals who are experts at teaching golf, and that coupled with our training allows them to blend golf with character education, helping kids build self-confidence and resilience.”
