Lexi Thompson and her diplomatic way of tactfully answering even the most difficult questions is one way she continues to win hearts over. Being one of the most accomplished names in the field of Women’s golf, Thompson and her alliances are of importance to the Golf World. She was once asked about her experience knowing and playing with Donald Trump at the Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Fla.

The famous pro golfer remains to be one of the golf world’s most loved players. However, she has been in question for some of her choices in the past. Lexi was called diplomatic for her response when she was asked about her time playing with the former POTUS.

She tactfully answered the question surrounding her experience with the sensational politician who keeps a keen interest in golf. She talked about how the Trump International Golf Club is her home course and how she holds it in high regard.

Then she actually dealt with the second equally important part of the tricky question and described her time with Trump as entertaining, and his attitude as extremely nice.

She said,
“Trump International and Palm Beach is my home course, so I played with him a few times. He’s been extremely nice to my brothers and I and my family. He loves golf. He’s a big supporter of golf so yeah it was entertaining,” according to a statement she gave in an interview on CBS Mornings.ADVERTISEMENT

The interviewer was quick to proclaim the answer given by the golf pro as “diplomatic” as well as interesting.
