Bryson DeChambeau missed playing almost all the tournaments since the beginning of this year because of multiple injuries. He had initially made a comeback after spending months in recovery. However, he had to go back to the sidelines for a wrist surgery just a little after taking part in the 2022 Masters. Although the same had his fans upset, this new update from DeChambeau sure did cheer them up.

Nicknamed The Mad Scientist on the Tour, Bryson himself recently tweeted a new update about his health, which has made his fans happy.
Stitches are out today. Hand is feeling better day by day. Excited to be able to hit golf balls again when the time is right. ⛳️

“Today, I underwent successful left wrist surgery on my fractured hook of the hamate.” The golfer had informed his supporters about his surgery on April 15th through a social media post.

“The surgery was performed by world renowned Hand Surgeon Dr. Thomas Graham,” he added. “I want to thank Dr. Graham and the incredible staff and The Kettering Medical Center in Ohio.”
DeChambeau had committed to competing at the event conducted by the Professional Long Drivers Association right after the Masters. However, he had to withdraw from it to go through the wrist surgery.
According to the golfer, the injury was an aftereffect of his continued training and not taking proper rest. Furthermore, DeChambeau stated that a ping-pong game during the Saudi International week worsened the injury. He explained that he slipped and fell on the ground during the game with fellow golfers Sergio Garcia and Joaquin Neimann.

The injuries made him play only a handful of tournaments from the beginning of this year, including the Masters. He scored 12-over par after the second round and couldn’t advance to the final two rounds of the major tournament.
