Moreover, his passion for the sport is quite evident with his active involvement in all things LIV golf ever since it emerged. The former POTUS has even played at multiple of the Saudi-backed series’ Pro-Ams!

As a successful business tycoon, Trump also owns more than 15 golf courses. With so many golf courses under his command and his overflowing zeal for golf, videos of him with a club in his hand are not uncommon. However, in his latest such video, he left the golf world cracked up with an unfortunate moment on the course!

Donald Trump’s golf strike takes a rough turn

Just days ago, the former president’s course was chosen to host the LIV Golf season-ending tournament in 2023. At Doral National Golf Club, LIV Golf will once again hold its Team Championship competition. Trump, who is undoubtedly thrilled by the news, seems to have had golf on his mind a lot since. And recently, he was even spotted hitting a few shots on the course. However, one particular golf shot of his didn’t go as planned!

The former POTUS was recently playing at the Trump National Golf Club in Los Angeles, and a video from his time there went viral online. Nuclr Golf shared the video, in which he is clearly seen taking a swing. The 77-year-old was already in fairly close proximity to the greens and not too far from the hole either.

Moments later, he was seen grabbing a club from his bag and even practicing a few swings with it to make sure he had the right bearings. However, as soon as he took his shot, the ball soared straight into a shrub on the right side of the hole.

The commentator’s words, “Trump’s shooting right now; let’s see if he can hit the green… Oh, he shanked it,” rang true. And the businessman’s shot left many live viewers laughing. And soon after, when the video went online, it left many other fans sitting in their homes and watching it crack up as well!
