The legendary Tiger Woods had to withdraw from the 2023 Masters Championship due to a serious health hazard caused by a car wreck four months ago. This was a result of the 2021 accident, which took a toll on the 15x major winner’s health, resulting in him undergoing subtalar fusion surgery for post-traumatic arthritis in the right leg.

But the new PGA Tour player director cannot stay away from action and public appearances for long. As a result, a glimpse of an outing video of Woods gave his fans a ray of hope for his possible return.

He had to go on a hiatus for proper rehabilitation, and this saddened the fans at the Augusta National earlier this year. But around the month of April, a positive update created a bit of hope in the hearts of the fans. The update was from Professor Nima Heidari. He elucidated the fact that the golfer’s return to his previous form is something that can be predicted, and he can play pain-free on the greens again no sooner than he recovers.

Moreover, Heidari, who specializes in ankle and limb reconstruction and has two decades of experience, disclosed that “The thing is one of the reasons why he’s finding it difficult to get around the golf course, to sleep, to do things because he’s got pain in his foot,” He also added, “There’s two things about him which are incredible. One of them is him. And there’s no substitute for his hunger and his desire to be the best and to continue to be the best and to win.”
