After a comeback at TGL, fans began speculating about his return at the 2026 Masters. But suddenly, a DUI arrest following a rollover crash in Florida once again placed Tiger Woods under intense scrutiny, adding to a growing list of off-course concerns. After registering a .000 on a breathalyzer test but refusing a urine test, authorities deemed him impaired. The incident reportedly deepened tensions in his relationship with Vanessa Trump, who was said to be frustrated with his behavior. Just days back, sources indicated that Vanessa Trump had issued a stern ultimatum to Woods, urging him to commit to a professionally supervised rehabilitation program to address his reliance on prescribed medication. Furthermore, she called it a “make-or-break” moment.

The insider said, “She had specific criteria. This has to be a real rehab: doctors, counsellors. Obviously, there’s a big physical component… these are prescribed drugs for legitimate pain and sleeping issues. This isn’t meth. So this has to be doctor-supervised. It’s pain management gone awry.”

Revealing more about Vanessa’s relationship with Woods, the source stated, “She’s tired of the ups and downs. She’s exhausted, disappointed, and keeps telling him to stop acting like a teenager, grow up, take responsibility, become emotionally stable, and stay out of trouble. When he’s in a bad mood—which happens often—he can be very difficult to be around.”

Vanessa even reportedly warned Woods mentioning that she is not Elin Nordegren or Lindsey Vonn and that she won’t be continuing the relationship with him if he doesn’t resolve the issues. Meanwhile, recent footages and updates reveal that Tiger Woods reached out to President Trump immediately after the Florida crash unfolded.

The 50-year-old was charged by the Martin County Sheriff’s Office for driving under the influence. His Land Rover SUV hit a truck’s trailer near Jupiter, Florida. Reacting to the same, the POTUS said, “I feel so badly. He’s got some difficulty. There was an accident, and that’s all I know. He’s an amazing person, amazing man, but some difficulty.”

Meanwhile, Woods, too, decided to step away from professional golf soon after the event. And this means that the golfing legend will not be playing in the Augusta Masters. Trying to focus on his health, Woods will be seeking treatment and also spoke about working towards a “lasting recovery.”
