UPS golf cart holiday delivery dispute explained
According to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s office, David Aaron Cement was arrested for allegedly attacking his UPS manager. Aaron Cement, a resident of Bonita village was a delivery driver. In an unexpected event, Aaron on being asked by his UPS boss to get out of a golf cart, rebelled. On being told that the cart was to be used by someone else, Clement openly refused to abide by it.

Shocked by Clement’s bizarre behavior, UPS manager sat next to him in the golf cart and reiterated. But he became ‘irate’ and kept on refusing, according to an article of golf digest. And in alignment with typical Florida behavior, Clement started abusing the manager. It did not stop there, he then shoved him and slapped him twice. To make the situation even worse, Clement locked the cart and threw away the keys.

On interrogation by the Florida police, the stories of witnesses aligned with the UPS manager. The native of Bonita village was then brought under the custody of the Florida police. Sumter County Detention Center then booked the accused on the charges of battery. Clement was fined with $1000 bonds, and was released as soon upon payment.
