Golf is not an ordinary sport; the game is often associated with elite status and wealth. Some of this is true, as the game is not exactly affordable to common men. The equipment is expensive, the facilities are catered to a certain section of society, and the green fees for any non-member to have access to the golf course are skyrocketing.
However, despite all this, golf is a favorite sport enjoyed by many. Recently, John Sherman, who is an author by profession, took to Twitter to post a tweet that has rekindled the discussion around the topic of green fees in the game!
