Grace Kim is already a name that shines brightly in the realm of golf, and that too while the Australian star is just 24 years old. Kim stepped into the course as a professional in 2021, and in less than 5 years, she has made her name appear at the top of the LPGA Tour and the WPGA Tour of Australasia. The Aussie star secured seven wins as a professional.

From an early age, Kim’s love for her sport was visible. And her parents made sure that the young girl from Sydney got the opportunity to pursue her dreams.

It all began with her winning the Australian Girls’ Amateur and the Australian Women’s Amateur in her country. Back then, when she was playing as an amateur at the Western Sydney Academy of Sport, her mentor noted her impeccable talent and praised her technical sense.

As of February 2025, Grace Kim has a net worth of $5 million, according to Surprise Sports.

2023 became her rookie year for the LPGA Tour. It’s been just 2 years since then. And she has made sure to have 2 international wins to her name and has kept showing her athletic prowess in every event she has turned up at.

Back in 2018, competing as a teenager, Grace Kim won a gold medal in the 2018 Youth Olympics. Following that, in 2022, she made 15 cuts in 19 starts on the Epson Tour. And in the same year, she finished fifth on the Race for the Card. With that, she first earned the LPGA Tour Membership for 2023.

Grace Kim has been making an impact right from her rookie year

Since turning professional, Kim has been taking the LPGA stage by storm. Immediately after getting her pro card, Kim proved her worth with victories on the WPGA Tour of Australasia. This also included wins at TPS Sydney back in 2021 and 2022.

Building on her early momentum, Kim had more success on the Epson Tour, the LPGA’s developmental tour. She won the IOA Golf Classic in 2022, making her eligible for an LPGA membership in 2023.

Soon after, Kim’s rookie season had everyone talking. After all, it was just her third start when she won the Lotte Championship in Hawaii, with a whopping prize money of $300,000.

She continued her good going by ending 2023 with 16 cuts in 22 starts. Grace Kim also racked up a couple of top-10 finishes and accumulated season earnings of $959,400. 

Kim’s 2024 season, too, bore rich fruit.

While she upped the ante by taking three top 10 finishes, she also made 22 cuts in 28 events. And her earnings for the season? A stellar $805,240! As if that was not all!

Kim ended up with a runner-up performance at the Meijer LPGA Classic.

Looking at her career graph, it is evident that Grace Kim is only going upwards. And fans only want to see her improve even more and scale greater heights.
