Paige Spiranac finds Rickie Fowler as the potential face for the PGA Tour

Spiranac has been a fan of very few golfers in the community. However, her words about Rickie Fowler showed that she definitely admires the player. Spiranac said, “Rickie’s kind of one of those guys that…plays the game because he loves the game.” It is not the case with most players today as they’re switching their tours for money. In fact, many LIV Tour rebels have accepted that the main reason for them to join the Saudi-funded league is the huge money that it is offering.

Fowler has been in rumors recently about joining the LIV Golf league. And while discussing the same with Amanda and Teddy, Spiranac had a unique opinion about the players, that her co-speakers seemed to agree with. Talking about who the next face for the PGA Tour could be after Tiger Woods, Spiranac said, “You still see little kids dressed up as Rickie, you see grown-a** men dressed up as Rickie Fowler.” She added, “And when you think of the face of the PGA Tour, a lot of people are gonna go to Rickie Fowler.”

Spiranac also talked about how Fowler going to the LIV Tour would be great for LIV but at the same time a “huge loss” for the PGA Tour. She’s not wrong to say that as Fowler himself has a lot of fans who support him for his game. No matter where he plays, he would still gather spectators around him, supporting him.

Spiranac suggests PGA Tour and LIV Golf need to work together

Like John Daly and a lot of other players, Spiranac also suggested that the PGA Tour and LIV Golf need to work together. She said that the players are not happy and are willing to play on both tours. Spiranac also suggested that there should be a “LIV versus PGA Tour” event for the players to be able to participate together. However, it doesn’t look like Jay Monahan and Greg Norman are looking at a game together any time soon.
