Yes, that’s right. Morikawa posed in a frog costume in a new picture shared by the 2022 US Open Champion.

Several golfers and celebrities were seen wearing different costumes ahead of Nickelodeon’s inaugural “Slime Cup”. Along with Morikawa and Thomas, the tournament, which is a Celebrity Golf Tournament, will also include top-ranked professional golfers like Jon Rahm and Lexi Thompson.

Justin Thomas shared the BTS on Instagram in which both PGA Tour stars looked excited for the Tournament. Furthermore, if you look precisely at the picture, you might as well be able to see popular Hollywood actor Terry Crews in the back.

Nickelodeon’s broadcast of two NFL playoff games was a huge success. Now, they look to attract the young generation of golf fans with its slime theme. Moreover, the Tournament will also include NFL superstars Saquon Barkley and Justin Herbert as part of the Celebrity themed event.

Brian Robbins, who is the President and CEO of Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon, said, “We are inventing our own golf match.” Furthermore, Robbins added how the children will be the target audience for the tournament by saying, “This is relay about making a fun, entertaining golf show, I think you know a lot of dads play golf, and getting to watch this with your kids really will be fun.”

The Tournament is set to be played in teams, with each team consisting of a professional golfer, a celebrity, and a Nickelodeon star. Moreover, the set of four teams will play on a “Nick-ified” golf course with one-of-kind tee boxes, physical challenges, and far-out fairways.
