In his response to Phil Mickelson’s decision of joining the LIV Golf Series, the golfer said, “I mean, he was very adamant about it for a while, so I don’t think that decision or Bryson really surprised any of us. They were talking it up not only to a lot of their peers but other people.”

He added“I think Phil going was not that surprising of a decision just based off of things that I was hearing internally from him and others.”
