Recently, Dan Rapaport shared a screenshot of Scott Harrington’s chat on his official Twitter account. The caption on the post reads: “From Scott Harrington, who played with Sergio yesterday when he grinded through the 36-hole sectional qualifier to make the U.S. Open. Pretty cool to see a pro who’s been around so long so impressed by one of his peers.”

Harrington talked about how Sergio Garcia and he played together at the 36-hole sectional qualifier to make the U.S. Open. Even though there were barely 40–50 people present, Garcia was playing to the best of his abilities. Harrington claimed that the game was really intense throughout and that he was completely taken aback by Sergio Garcia’s incredible ability to flush the ball. Harrington and Garcia had never previously played together. And Garcia’s putting and shot-making techniques impressed him the most.
