There is hardly any league that created a big wave in its inaugural year like LIV Golf. Since the day of its inception, LIV Golf has received attention from every media outlet. The cause was the influx of elite players from various leagues.
Even though LIV guys are getting a hefty bank balance in their circuit, the lack of OWGR has remained a huge setback.

Recently, in a severe setback, LIV Golf’s request for the OWGR points was turned down. And now, in the middle of the gloomy atmosphere, LIV Golf captain Kevin Na and his team get hit with another humiliation.

LIV Golf is all set to end this year’s season. LIV Golf Invitational Jeddah 2023, the second-to-last competition, is scheduled for October 13–15. The course will host a large field of elite players competing for a whopping $25 million in prize money. 24 of the best players from this competition will have their spots in the upcoming LIV season secured.

A total of 12 teams will be on the course. This includes Iron Heads GC captain Kevin Na, who, along with teammates Scott Vincent, Danny Lee, and Sihwan Kim, will attempt to win their maiden team championship. Every LIV golfer, however, received the disappointing news prior to the competition that their circuit would not be under OWGR for the next season

Many golfers shared their disappointment, like Bryson DeChambeau, whose rankings have faced a significant downfall even after showing incredible skills. However, it seems like Iron Heads GC is in its own goofy world. The group posted a video of them playing Peanut Butter Tic Tac Toe, where they had to glue the ball to the bread. The video was captioned: “The content you’ve been waiting for.”
