Everything seems bigger in Texas -even golf. With the Mitsubishi Electric Classic’s ending, now’s the time for the 9th event on the PGA Tour Champions. Senior golfers like Steven Alker, Mike Weir are returning to Texas for the 2025 Insperity Invitational, starting on May 2 at the picturesque Woodlands Country Club. The 2024 Insperity was full of surprises, as after a decade-long wait, Scott Dunlop finally lifted the Insperity trophy- thanks to Mother Nature! The PGA Tour Champions declared Dunlop the winner as overnight rain washed out the finals. This year, the tournament promises more intense action and drama for the spectators. The 2025 Insperity Invitational: Ticketing Details

Well, great news for golf fans – The Insperity Invitational is free for spectators again. Yes, you’ve heard it right. Since 2008, the former “Administaff Small Business Classic” has offered free general ground admissions. But there are even better things!  The Woodland Country Club will offer complimentary gifts to its first 1000 spectators on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, as a thank-you gesture for being a part of the action.

Tickets for Friday’s game are sponsored by Insperity. On Saturday and Sunday, visitors can enjoy the tournament with the help of both Woodforest National Bank and Hewlett-Packard Enterprises. From Wednesday to Sunday, attendees can park for free at the Woodloch Parking Garage, located at the southwest corner of 10201 Woodloch Forest Drive and Timberloch. There will be shuttles running too, so let’s see the Shuttle info!

From Wednesday through Sunday, shuttles will run continuously between Woodloch Parking Garage and Woodland Country Club Tournament Course, making it smooth for the guests. On Wednesday and Thursday, service hours will be available from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm EST. Friday services will begin at 8:00 am and will continue through 6:00 p.m. EST. During weekends, shuttles will be running from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.

This year, the tournament is packed with big names, more action, and intense drama in the green. It will be worth watching – so make sure you know when and where to tune in!

How to watch the Insperity Invitational?

The Golf Channel will cover the entire tournament, just like last year. The game will start on Friday at 10:30 am EST. Saturday’s round will have different timings, from 7:30 am EST, so fans will have up wake up early to catch it! The Golf Channel will cover the exciting final from 8 a.m. EST on Sunday. However, you have to keep in mind that the timings are subject to change in case of bad weather or unavoidable circumstances.

The field of 78 senior golfers including Bernhard Langer, John Daly, Padraog Harrington, Vijay Singh, and others will fight for $3,000,000 with a first-place prize of $450,000. Hopefully, this year, rain will stop being a villain, so that we can enjoy the senior play at its best.
