TV schedule for the 2024 HSBC Women’s World Championship
To catch the action, golf fans can tune into the Golf Channel. They will be broadcasting from Wednesday (February 28) until March 2 (Saturday). The final round, however, will not be televised. Apart from that, fans can watch the event on the aforementioned dates from 9:30 PM EST to 2:30 AM EST.
But there is an alternative way to catch all the action. The event will be live-streamed on the NBC Sports app, golfchannel.com, and Peacock. Interested fans can watch all the rounds via these platforms at any time on any device connected to the internet. For all weekly LPGA airtimes, golf fans can download the WatchSports app.
Historically, this event has become the domain of South Korean golfers. Since 2015, only South Korean golfers have won this event, with the exception of Michelle Wie (US) in 2018. With the two-time defending champion returning to this event, there is a high chance it may happen again.

US golfers not playing in the ‘Asia Major’
Over the years, this event has earned the reputation of the Asia Major, thanks to only Asian players winning it. Coupled with the fact that HSBC reduced the purse of this event, not many US golfers are looking forward to it.
Jessica Korda is not playing this year; she unfortunately finished at the bottom last year. But she has her reasons not to play. Her sister, Nelly Korda, finished second last year but is not competing this year. Furthermore, Lexi Thompson has not played here since 2019.
