

Halloween week is here and so are the super-talented LPGA golfers. And they have brought along some really fun stories from their childhood days during Halloween. Among them was LPGA star Danielle Kang, who explained how obsessed she used to be with dressing up as a witch.

Danielle Kang expressed her undying love for witch costumes
LPGA professional, Danielle Kang, recently got featured in a video on Instagram along with many other famous golfers. The golf star talked about how much she loves Halloween and dressing up in a dedicated costume for the same. However, she also said that she hasn’t been able to spend the festival in the US for a long time due to her schedule.

While talking about the same, Kang uncovered stories from her childhood and shared how she loved being dressed as a witch. “I remember always being a witch”, Kang said. “I was a witch with a broomstick, and I dressed up in black with a witch hat”. Kang’s love for Halloween was so deep that she even got her mother to buy a black cat for her. She said she believed in having powers like Matilda back when she was a kid.

Atthaya Thitikul is officially world no. 1 in LPGA’s rookie season
In the footsteps of Lydia Ko, Atthaya Thitikul is not the second player before turning 20 to become the world no. 1 player in the rookie season of LPGA. Ko made it to being world no. 1 at the age of 17. Whereas Thitikul achieved the feat at the age of 19. Another player who reached the same pedestal back in 2017 was Sung Hyun Park.

“It means a lot for my team, my family, my supporters, and myself,” Thitikul said. She added, “It is such an honor to have my name at the top amongst the biggest names of the game. It is very special to get to the top but it is much harder to retain it”. The golfer also said that she still had many things left to learn from all the other big players. And she promised to keep working hard for all her supporters.
