You may not have heard it before, but the internet queen, Spiranac, is enduring it. In her recent podcast episode, she explained that her pro status was not letting her play golf. She said, “I asked to play in this tournament a couple years ago. And they said since that I am still considered a pro golfer that I’m not allowed to play.”

Many people might say that she can play golf as an amateur. But it was her bad luck again. Maxim’s Sexiest Woman explained how the USGA let her down. She said, “I went to go get my amateur status back from the USGA. And they said, No, you can’t have your amateur status back.” She was disappointed and expressed how she felt about it.

The 2018 SI swimsuit model revealed her situation and came clean. “I’m in this weird gray area where I’m not playing professional golf.” However, she had one wish which could not be fulfilled due to her status, “I can’t get my amateur status back.
