Tiger Woods and Pat Perez were engaged in a verbal spat in professional golf, and now one new player, Perez’s wife, has also joined in and shocked everyone with her Instagram comments. Woods could not compete this past week at the Hero World Challenge because he had plantar fasciitis on his right foot. In the statement issued on Twitter, he even stated that his right leg “don’t have much left” and that “I just can’t walk.” Even though most golf followers and sports enthusiasts classified the news as unfavorable and saddening, Ashley Perez didn’t think that way at all.

The spat began when Woods commented on the LIV Golf tour in July this year. The former number-one golfer said the golfers who left the legacy of the PGA behind to join LIV turned their backs on the circuit, which made them eligible in the first place. According to him, the Saudi-backed course was not intriguing golfers to work harder, as the financial benefits were already decided. No matter how they play, they will pay the golfers a considerable sum.

However, she added, “I don’t feel bad for him. Thank god he didn’t kill anyone. See ya.”

Golf balling posted a video clip of Woods discussing his current condition and the future of his career. Ashley Perez appeared out of nowhere and attacked Woods viciously. The comment she made was about the near-fatal accident of February 2021. Woods almost lost his right leg as he sustained multiple fractures. Doctors inserted a rod to stabilize the injury. However, the accident forced him to miss the majority of golf tournaments for almost two years. The NUCLR GOLF also shared her comments on Twitter.

It is believed that Woods’ remarks were the root cause of the incident. While commenting on LIV earlier this year, he also asked, what motivates the LIV defectors to work hard in the mud? Perez took note of it until he got a platform to give him a fitting reply. He spoke on the ‘Son of a Butch’ podcast, hosted by Butch Harmon Jr. Perez said, “That’s the stupidest s— I have ever heard in my life.” His wife, Ashley Perez, took the next step, and she responded as she saw fit.
