The tweet read, “Had a dream last night I forgot to take my extra 60-degree wedge out of my bag and played 8 holes of a first-round with 15 clubs. Therefore, starting my tournament with a front nine score of 48 (I, for some reason, got penalized for 16 strokes).”

Moreover, in the end, he wrote, “Happy Monday everybody,” and concluded his tweet.

Notably, according to the rules of USGA and R&A, a player cannot carry more than 14 clubs in his bag. However, if he does so, then a player may face a maximum penalty of four strokes. Hence, JT clarified that they penalized him for 16 strokes in his dream.
