The golfer has traveled all across the globe playing professional tournaments. However, it was the first time he visited Thailand to play in a LIV Golf event. And there was one thing that Mickelson mentioned he had to be careful about.

During the LIV Golf Thailand Press Conference, a reporter asked Mickelson about his experience in the country. And the first thing that Mickelson mentioned was the food! “I’m very impressed with the quality of the food,” Mickelson said. “I love the food. So I have to be careful.” The golfer admires the taste of Thailand’s authentic food. And therefore, he doesn’t wanna fill himself and let it affect his performance on the field.

Mickelson continued to talk about how impressive the golf course was. He said it was his “first time in Thailand, and the golf course is remarkable.” He added that he had not seen a golf course in such good condition in a long time. Mickelson praised the architecture, design, and amazing risk reward of the course.

How is Mickelson planning to influence the younger generations?

The reporter asked Phil Mickelson about his plans for influencing the game of golf as well as the younger generations on the field. And Mickelson replied that he was trying to do the same with the help of LIV Golf. His idea was to take golf to places outside of the United States and spread the word about golf across the world.

According to Mickelson, LIV Golf’s initiative was helping in growing the game of golf in other countries. He also said that people from other countries were showing interest in the game after LIV Golf took golf to their places. Other than making profits from all across the world, LIV Golf is also trying to develop the game in numerous nations.
