They set history in motion when Tiger Woods became a professional golfer and joined the PGA tour in 1996. He was already breaking records and making new records in junior golf. And when he stepped into the professional golf realm, many expectations were bound to him. Many fellow golfers were left shocked, too, after seeing the former number-one golfer in action. The former PGA pro, Tim Herron, was also on the list of people left surprised.
Many golfers saw their competition in Woods and were amazed. His father was proud, and the world got their golf hero when he won his first major tournament in 1997. Despite his accidents and personal chaos, he has returned to the golf course with the same confidence and determination. And his fans were more than happy to see him.

When Tiger Woods won the confidence of Tim Herron
The official Twitter handle of Golf.com has posted a snippet of the Golf Subpar podcast. Host Drew Stoltz and the PGA Tour Champion Tim Herron accompanied former PGA pro-Colt Knost. On the show, they talked about Tiger Woods and how his performance impressed Herron. In the video, the American pro golfer Herron appreciated Woods and said, “Every time I thought Tiger can’t do this, he did it.”

The 82 times PGA tour winner won Herron’s confidence with his skills. According to him, the PGA pro deserved to win the Rookie of the Year award even though he played very few tournaments. Herron knew that Woods’ ability made him a better rookie, even though he was not happy about it. On the podcast, he said, “I played more events than him, and he didn’t even play as 15, and I know he deserved Rookie of the Year. I mean, did that help every one else that he was Rookie of the Year, probably.”

The four times PGA tour winner further added that he never lost his trust in Woods. Despite car crashes, he was confident that the pro golfer would return to the golf course soon. And we all saw that Woods met his confidence. Even though he did not win, his fans awaited and appreciated his return. Herron expressed his trust and said, “So I never doubted him, even after like car crashes. The year is about a year about to open multiple vendors within two years. And they, like, is he ever gonna win again? I go. I would never count Tiger Woods out.”
