The Korda sisters, Jessica and Nelly, are one of the most successful duos on the LPGA Tour. But among their victories and achievements, do they tend to trash-talk each other for their benefit?

So far, the Korda household has largely been undivided. But the older of the two, Jessica Korda, once revealed a yearly wager between the pair. While Nelly won it in 2018, Jessica had her own complaints.
The wager between the Korda sisters
In 2018, Nelly Korda had her breakout season. She earned her first victory on the Tour while securing as many as seven top-10 finishes.
Additionally, it was the first season that she finished ahead of Jessica. The prize? A brand-new Louis Vuitton duffle bag from her sister.

As Jessica revealed, the sisters have a wager for the season, with the one on top of the rankings at year-end receiving a purse from the lower-ranked sister. The duo first played together on the Tour in 2017, where Nelly, making her debut, finished 77th. Jessica was miles ahead at 26th, which earned her the prize.
Jessica Korda feels wronged by Nelly Korda’s win
The 29-year-old once revealed why she deserved better on the wager. “I still think that I shouldn’t have lost last year because I didn’t play as many events, and then I took a medical at the beginning of this year, so I still feel like I’m behind her,” she claimed.

The cost of her runner-up finish to Nelly was draining too. Her younger sister’s ask for a Louis Vuitton duffle bag was an expensive one, with prices ranging from $500 to $2,000. While Jessica didn’t reveal the cost of her wager, she indeed didn’t want to lose that bet again!
But what have been the results since? While neither Jessica nor Nelly have divulged further details, we could make out a fair prediction of the recent outcomes.

Unfortunately for Jessica, she has never finished ahead of Nelly since 2017. Ever since 2018, the younger sister has always been at an arm’s length of the summit of women’s golf rankings. If the wager is still in existence, Jessica might be a helpless contender considering Nelly’s enormous talents.
