Therapy helped in changing life, says Paige Spiranac
In the latest episode ‘Wasp Stings’, Spiranac discussed how she was unhappy with many things in her life. She said, “I wasn’t happy with so many things around me”. However, the social media star then revealed how going to therapy has resulted in rejuvenating positivity in her life.

Paige Spiranac said, “And I could not have made that change without going to therapy and growing from all of those experiences…I think the first time in my life, I’m being very selfish, when it comes to focusing on myself and working on growth and being the person that I want to be”. She also reveals how the therapy sessions have resulted in improving her relationship with her family, friends, and even business partners.

“I’ve really just grown a lot as a person”, added Spiranac. The former pro golfer then shared her excitement about the people in her life such as family and friends, who have been supporting her even during the most complicated phases. Spiaranc ends by saying, “I’m really satisfied with where my life is headed. I don’t know what’s going to happen next”.

Therapy sessions can be really helpful for many people. And for a person like Spiranac, who has received unnecessary hate which also included death threats, it can be very helpful. Nonetheless, Spiranac has always been bold and open about sharing her school of thought. It’s great to see the 29-year-old finally enjoy her life again.
