Tiger Woods took responsibility for crashing his car

Woods has been in multiple controversies due to issues in his personal and professional life. His fans are well aware of his life-threatening car crash in February 2021. However, there was a time when Tiger Woods crashed his SUV near his Florida house. The golfer bumped into a fire hydrant and a tree outside his multi-million-dollar mansion.

According to sources, the golfer was injured and was immediately taken to the hospital. The golfer’s ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, had to break a window of the car to get him out. Taking responsibility for his reckless driving, Woods said, “This situation is my fault and it’s obviously embarrassing to my family and me…I’m human and I’m not perfect. I will certainly make sure this doesn’t happen again.”

Woods also added that it was a private matter for him and his family. He did not want to share any details about the reason he was driving irresponsibly. He also confirmed that he was aware of the rumors and false accusations circulating about him. Sources said that the golfer had been arguing with his wife moments before he crashed his car outside his house. However, he chose to stay silent without giving any further details about the matter.

The golf star has gone through numerous surgeries in his life. From getting his knee operated on multiple times to having spinal procedures, Woods has seen it all. However, his 2021 car crash left him with a crushed right leg. And even after getting multiple sessions of surgery done on his right leg, the golfer still suffers from pain. In his recent appearance at Spyglass Hill, Woods walked the field with a limp. Fans are in the hope to see the golfer back in his best form. However, it doesn’t look like Woods’ pain is going away soon.
