Everyone will agree that we all need a shoulder to lean on after a tiring day, and in Kevin Kisner’s case, that shoulder belongs to his wife, Brittany DeJarnett Kisner. Born in 1985 in Georgia, Mrs. Kisner is one year younger than the golfer. She grew up in Madison, Georgia, where her father was a school superintendent. The pair’s love story began at a Kinchafoonee Cowboys concert in 2006 while attending the University of Georgia. And now, fast forward to decades later, Mrs. Kisner is now the golfer’s ‘better half’, as he likes to put it.

After dating for years, the couple tied the knot in Atlanta, Georgia on March 17, 2012, beginning a beautiful journey together. They’ve since welcomed three children, with their first one born just after 2 years of their marriage, Kathleen Grace. The next one came shortly after in 2017, and they named him Henry Kisner. Their youngest, whose name and other details they’ve kept private, was born in September 2023.

Brittany excels at being a golfer’s wife and a mother, but her accomplishments extend beyond that. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Georgia and a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of South Carolina. Her passion for helping others led her to work with special-needs children at an Augusta hospital.

The Kisner family lives in the golfer’s birthplace which is South Carolina. After being each other’s rock for so long and achieving major milestones in their professional and personal lives together, the Kisners decided to help others and founded the Kisner Foundation.

The Kisner Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of children in the Central Savannah River Area. The foundation’s mission is to create a positive environment for children that would help them grow and become successful. The organization focuses on teaching kids about values and morals early in their childhood. Other things they focus on are physical and emotional health.

For Kisner, it’s more than just a foundation; “Ever since I began my career in professional golf, a personal goal has always been to establish a foundation focused on children and their well-being,” wrote the golfer. He is also very thankful to everyone who has helped him achieve his philanthropic dream, “Brittany and I are grateful that we have the opportunity to live in such a caring community.”
