Michael Jordan loves to play golf, and that is no secret. The Chicago Bulls legend has been playing golf since before he started playing in the NBA and is also seen at golfing events. Months ago, Jordan opened his own golf course – The Grove XXIII.

What has made his golf club special, is its uber exclusivity. Very few people have actually been inside the course, only some athletes speaking about their experience.

Does Tiger Woods play at Michael Jordan’s golf course?

As mentioned, Jordan’s course is known for its exclusive nature. Up until now, only a few people have had the chance to play there. On top of that, only a few have actually come forward and shared their experience.

According to a list revealing the name of players who have played at Grove XXIII, Tiger Woods has not yet played at Jordan’s course. Though the two legends are known to be good friends, it seems as if the 15-time major winner is not Jordan’s special list. Of course, the 46-year-old may be invited sooner or later.

Now, even if Woods is not on the list, other golf players have seemed to have made it.

Rory McIlroy, Dustin Johnson, Justin Thomas, Keegan Bradley, Wayne Gretzky, Rickie Fowler, Luke Donald, Mark Wahlberg, Justin Verlander, Michael Strahan, and Mossimo Giannulu are a few athletes who are members of Jordan’s club.

Are Michael Jordan and Tiger Woods friends?

Despite a few bumps, it seems like Jordan and Woods have remained friends over the years. Reports suggest that their friendship soured in 2009, a result of Woods’ personal life turning into controversy for the world to see. However, their relationship seems to have improved today.

Jordan even spoke about Woods during an interview as he expressed concern over the latter’s career.

I think he really wishes he could retire, but he doesn’t know how to do it yet,” Jordan said. He added that Woods might not just want to leave, and will want to win a major once before stopping.

Woods recently returned to the course for the PNC Championship with his son Charlie. They finished second to Team Daly, leaving fans excited for Woods’ return to the PGA Tour.
