On Tuesday, Woods announced the field for his yearly exhibition event. The list contained the best players including 16 players from the top 20 as per the Official World Golf Rankings. Scottie Scheffler, Justin Thomas, Jordan Spieth, Jon Rahm, and Xander Schauffele are also part of this list. Looking at Woods’ consistent support towards the PGA Tour, there were no LIV Golf players on the list. However, Woods’ own name was missing from the list, and it came as a surprise to many of his fans.

Is Woods fit to compete in professional tournaments?

Fans are always curious about their favorite golfer’s health and fitness. In Woods’ case, the golfer has been through several surgeries in his life. Other sources informed that Woods was spending at least a couple of hours practicing golf and was trying to get back in shape.
