Woods was in an interview with Time Magazine when he opened up about his time spent with ex-girlfriend, Lindsey Vonn. According to the golf legend, he “never had time together” with Vonn during their relationship. Vonn is a former World Cup alpine ski racer from America. Like Woods, Vonn has been an athlete too and has had a busy schedule going to championships and tournaments.

Woods stated, “Most of her summer is spent in South America, at training camps in Chile and Argentina, and then you’ve got her season, which is mostly in Europe,”. He added, “I can’t travel because I have the kids…It’s a relationship that was fantastic, but it just can’t work on that level.” Woods said that it felt like he was doing injustice to himself as well his ex-lover.

What did Vonn say after breaking up with Woods?

Vonn had no regrets about dating the golfer. She made that clear in her interview with The Paper and said that she loved Woods. Vonn described the time she spent with Woods as a learning experience, and that Woods helped her understand what she wanted in her partner. The former skier also admitted that one of the biggest reasons things didn’t work out between them was the timing of their relationship. “Jumping into a relationship right away after getting a divorce was probably not the smartest move on my part,” she said.

Tiger Woods got into a relationship with Vonn after his divorce from ex-wife Elin Nordegren. Woods and Nordegren have two kids together – Sam and Charlie. The two are trying to be the best parents for their kids. However, for each other, they are just good friends.
