Golf beauty Paige Spiranac retired from professional golf in 2016 and became an internet influencer. With over 3.7 million followers online, she has created an empire where her followers love her and get inspired by her. She runs a podcast named ‘Playing a Round’ where she discusses her personal and professional experiences.
In a recent episode of the podcast, Spiranac revealed something unexpected. The episode was based on Q&A, where her listeners asked her questions.

Giving replies is sometimes fun and sometimes challenging, which was evident in the recent episode. The golfer almost choked, talking about her life decisions and other ordeals. Becoming an internet influencer is not easy; the epitome is the former golfer. She revealed how her ‘unresolved trauma’ led to twists in her life and poured her heart out while confessing.
Why was Paige Spiranac suffering?
When you are a famous personality, your fans and followers love to know about your life. They idolize you and try to learn about you. Similarly, one of the listeners of Spiranac asked her if she was happy with her life and if she had any regrets. Talking about her life and decisions, she said, “I needed to get help and, and knowing that it’s okay to not be okay.” Golf beauty confessed that there was a time in her life when she was not okay.
She further added that she learned much from some significant and poor decisions. Although, she believes that all those decisions made her who she was. Therefore, she has no regrets. However, there were things in her life that she could not handle properly, which led to unresolved trauma, and she had to seek therapy. But the former golfer was happy to make mistakes because she had learned much from them.

Spiranac understands the value of mental health and how much it can affect someone, as she has suffered too. She is often seen standing up against online bullies and trolls. The comments on social media in today’s fast-paced internet world can result in harmful conclusions. Therefore, the therapy was the right decision for solving trauma.

Is Spiranac happy with her life now?
After solving the issues of her life and seeking the medical attention she needed, Spiranac feels content. She said she was happy with how things turned out in her life.
