Honma is a famous Japanese golf equipment company that provides luxurious golf clubs of good quality. They make clubs using high-quality steel, which, as a result, makes the clubs quite expensive.

The Japanese manufacturer has come up with a new range of clubs; the Beres line. The range will include clubs with 2-star up to 5- star and the high-end model being the most expensive ones.

Honma’s Beres series

The Beres Aizu, use the traditional gold and red accents on the cavity backs of the drivers as well as the irons. The drivers cost $5,000 each and the irons approximately cost $40,000 which varies upon the range of customization. The Beres Black series comes with a black PVD coating and is aimed for slower swing speeds.

The Beres Aizu and Beres Black series use slots in the back of both the irons as well as the woods to create more consistency at impact for better ball speed. The Aizu series, named for the traditional hand-brushed coating technique used to decorate bowls and other paintings. The new series was launched in 2022.

The Beres Black series include the drivers costing $ 1,150, fairway metals $700, hybrids $ 550, and irons costing $500 per piece. The Aizu series is the more sophisticated line of golf clubs with a gold accent and weight of the Honma-made ARMRQ shafts.

The drivers start from $950 to the high-end model which costs $5,000, the 5-star level. Fairway wood starts from $650 to $4,950, the hybrids start from $500 to $4,950, and the irons from $400 to $4,950 per piece.
