The younger of the two, Nelly Korda answered first. The 24-year-old believed her career would have stayed in the sports industry. “I’d want to stay in the sports industry,” she said, before adding a quirky alternative. “I don’t know, Jess and I like arguing, so maybe I could be a lawyer.”

Funnily enough, Jessica Korda hit back on the claim. “We like to argue? You like to argue,” she said before indulging in a laugh.

But what was her take on the host’s question? Jessica’s response revealed she was inclined towards marketing. “I would love to stay in sports, too. Maybe marketing with a cool company,” she said.

Nelly then revealed that her sister was indeed a good marketeer, claiming she “knows how to sell.” Jessica didn’t disapprove, stating that selling a good product that she consumed was the “easiest thing.” “If it’s a good product and I use it, it’s the easiest thing for me to talk about. If I went to college, it would’ve been for communications or marketing. I could be an agent,” she said.

With the year coming to a close, how did the year fare for golf’s most popular sister duo? Despite being stalwarts in their own way, it wasn’t the most successful year for the Kordas.

It was nearly going to be a barren year for Nelly Korda, but her exploits at the Pelican Women’s Championship in the penultimate event of the year secured her only victory.
