John Daly and Sherrie Miller married in 2001 and divorced 9 years later. According to Daly’s ex-wife, the golfer began a relationship with Anna Cladakis in 2007 while they were still married, though separated. Nonetheless, in 2012, the case was dismissed by the court as neither Daly and his fiance nor Miller were Mississippi residents.

However, the ex-wife won the appeal in 2015  because “the alleged sexual activity between Cladakis and Daly within the state of Mississippi, which contributed to the breakup of Daly’s marriage with Miller, constituted a tort committed, at least in part, within this state”. Later, Anna Cladakis moved to the US Supreme Court to dismiss the case.

Nevertheless, her plea was rejected and sent back to DeSoto County. Though it’s been eight years since the fiasco, the recent updates regarding the court hearing remain unknown. Moreover, Daly is yet to marry Cladakis despite being engaged in 2014. Perhaps he must be still waiting for the court hearing.
