The golfer is infamous for his drinking and smoking habits. He had tried to deal with issues by going to the rehabilitation centers. However, he would always relapse. Daly even had lost endorsement deals from Callaway Golf because of such an incident. According to the five-year contract between him and the company, they were free to walk away from the deal if he would ever start drinking.

In the interview with Graham Bensinger, Daly had revealed that he doesn’t drink water. The golfer explained that he had replaced water with diet coke. Recently, to minimize the intake of coke, Daly has switched to milk. However, he still adds a lot of chocolate syrup to make it tastier. Daly also revealed that he used to often eat from fast-food outlets, including McDonald’s and Burger King.

The unhealthy lifestyle of the golfer is something one should reconsider before making him your role model. However, his achievements in golf are something anyone could dream of.

Daly has won 16 championship titles, including two majors; he had won the PGA Championship in 1991 and the Open Championship in 1995. Notably, the golfer was the 9th and final alternative available for the event.
