Daly said“I had a pair, so I figured I’d do that for her today. I thought it would be a good gesture,… I know Phil very well and I know Amy. I’ve known them for a long time – we’ve played the Tour together. She’s a great lady. She has always been a sweetheart to everybody.”

He also mentioned that he had seen people he knew suffering from breast cancer among his family and friends. He also mentioned that he hadn’t talked to Mickelson yet. “I sent out a media message. He’s probably surrounded by callers right now and I didn’t want to bother him. I’m sure everybody on Tour and everybody in the world is thinking about her.”

Why has Daly not joined the LIV Golf League?

“I begged Greg Norman to be on the LIV Tour,” Daly said in an interview on Piers Morgan’s Uncensored program. He also said that the LIV Golf players are earning a “lot of money” and that it’s a “big party” for them. However, Daly himself couldn’t be a part of the big party since he was denied entry by LIV CEO, Greg Norman.
