John Daly is among the few professionals who are famous both on as well as off-the-course. The 55-year-old professional likes music apart from hitting huge drives off the tee. And recently Daly came out with a music album with a music legend.

John Daly about his new music album
Daly is part of the field this week at the Hoag Classic. The professional is playing on the PGA Tour of Champions even with a separate shoulder. And still at the age of 55 manages to hit bombs off the tee.
However, recently the American professional and a two time recently released a music album, namely Whiskey and Water.

John’s music album was released on Friday in which he was seen collaborating with a Hall of fame music artist, Willie Nelson. The professional even spoke about his new music album before the start of the Hoag Classic. He also spoke about how Willie is a long-time friend of Daly.

Daly said, “We’ve been friends forever. I know ‘Whiskey and Water’ is going to be played on the radio, because Willie’s on it.” This is not the first time Daly released a music album. Back in 2002, Daly first of his two country-rock albums called the Outlaw Country.

Round two leader at the Hoag Classic
Ernie Els leads the 2022 Hoag Classic. The South African professionals carded a second round of 68, three-under-par. As a result, has a one-shot lead heading into the final round. He is currently at a score of eight under par. His second round of 68 included one bogey and one birdie on the front nine. And three birdies and one bogey on the back nine as well.
