Jordan Spieth is among the group of professionals who absolutely love to interact with fans and followers through social media. Known for being his humorous self, the three-time major championship winner recently gave his friend, PatMcAfee, quite the Twitter shout-out.

Jordan Spieth has a message for Pat McAfee

The Golden Child is a part of the field this week at the 2022 Players Championship; however, the professional was among those who could not finish their first round as it was suspended on Thursday due to bad weather. Hence, Jordan could only play three rounds. But nevertheless, Jordan found a nice way to spend the time during the delay.

Spieth spoke about Pat McAfee in an interview after the end of his round. For those of you who don’t know Pat, he is the host of the Pat McAfee show and also is an American sports analyst. Not to forget, a crowd favorite, he is also a commentator on the Friday night Smackdown.

Spieth said, “Pat doesn’t need any more ammo from me but I’m always gonna say what’s up to pat and I’m looking forward to coming back on the show man.”

Notably, Spieth made an appearance on Pat’s show back in 2021, where Jordan spoke about his passion for the Ryder Cup. He said, “I’d rather play better at the Ryder Cup than in the Tour Championship. We never get team sports, so to be able to have team sports… when you win a championship in team sports you get your parade, right?”

Spieth’s first major win

On the business end, Jordan won his first-ever major championship back in 2015, at the Augusta National. He won the 2015 Masters with an overall score of 18-under-par. As a result, he won the event with a four-shot advantage. Jordan carded a final round of 70, tow-under-par en route to victory on Sunday. Moreover, he won prize money worth $1,800,000.
