Jena Sims has a bewitching smile. But beyond her happy-go-lucky exterior, there’s a fighter. Sims has had a fair share of accomplishments this year, just like her husband Brooks Koepka. It has been a great year for the Koepka family as they both had professional and personal triumphs. Koepka won his fifth major title, and his missus earned a new accolade too.

Earlier this year, Sims was named Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Rookie. The success came on the heels of a rigorous audition process. After making it, she thanked her 283,000 followers on Instagram for voting for her. As the marvelous year draws towards an end, Sims decided to celebrate one of her biggest victories with her husband and some friends.

On Friday, Sims posted an array of pictures on her Instagram handle, beaming from ear to ear, with her baby boy Crew in her arms and her husband giving a peck on the cheek. She wrote: “We celebrate all wins in this family,” tagging Sports Illustrated Swimsuit and adding a love emoji. Needless to say, her fans fell for it, but behind the scenes, it had been an arduous journey to success.
