The PGA Tour and the LIV Golf fallout have reached their pinnacle. And the PGA Tour pro Justin Thomas has recently given a strong message to all the LIV Golf defectors. Moreover, he did not hold back from criticizing the golfers and also revealed that there are opportunities on the PGA Tour.
With less than 30 days remaining for the inaugural event, the field for the LIV Golf isn’t known yet. However, Greg Norman believes it will be one of the strongest fields. So, recently, the onetime major championship winner Justin Thomas reacted to the controversy.

He asked the golfers to leave the PGA Tour if they want to compete in the rival league. “If you want to go, go,” said Justin Thomas to the golfers who want to compete in the LIV Golf Invitational Series.
Justin Thomas believes PGA Tour has a lot of opportunities
Since the beginning of the rival league reports, Thomas has always remained loyal to the PGA Tour. And recently, he once again confirmed his loyalty and said, “I’m loyal to the PGA Tour.” JT also said that there are plenty of opportunities on the PGA Tour. “There’s a lot of opportunity for me to break records and make history,” concluded Justin.

Meanwhile, the Saudi-backed LIV Golf Invitational Series is all set to begin on 9th June 2022 at Centurion Club in London. Moreover, these are 54-hole, no-cut events, and all the golfers get a share of the total prize purse. Interestingly, the inaugural event is just a week before the 2022 U.S. Open.

Additionally, the PGA Tour has recently denied the requests of all the golfers who had requested a release to compete in the inaugural event of the Greg Norman-led league. Moreover, even the DP-World Tour followed the same pattern and has denied release. Therefore, moments after this news broke out, Greg Norman issued a statement. He said that the inaugural event will go as per the schedule.

Hence, it will be interesting to see which golfers from the PGA Tour and the DP World Tour will compete in this event. Another thing to note will be whether golfers competing in this event will face any suspension.
