After the controversy of his divorce went viral, Woods received tons of criticism from fans, including the occasional heckle or having a whole plane go by with a triggering message pointed at him.

There were several questions about whether he would be able to get back to his best form. However, it looked like his game improved a lot when he played at CordeValle.
