Brooks Koepka made a tough choice when he joined LIV Golf leaving behind his PGA Tour legacy. But he definitely made a great one when he decided to marry Jena Sims in 2022. To match her husband’s interests, the American actress has been trying her hand at golf for some time now. And while she was recently practicing at home, she shared a heart-stopping video of herself just about avoiding a serious accident. But her fans were apparently concerned about something else!

Fans give bizarre reactions to Brooks Koepka and Jena Sims avoiding a major disaster

After dating for roughly five years, Koepka and Sims decided to exchange vows in June last year. The couple has been living a lavish life ever since the golf star decided to accept the reported $100 million offer from LIV Golf. As mentioned by the American Tour, no LIV golfers are allowed to appear at major tournaments along with other PGA Tour events. And so, while Scottie Scheffler was busy lifting the cup for the Players Championship, Koepka and his wife were chilling at home practicing and filming shots in, what appears to be, their backyard.

Jena Sims, who is known for her 2007 Miss Georgia Teen USA, shared a video of herself playing a shot. And as it appears, the golfer’s wife could be seen winding up to take a shot. But as soon as she hit the ball, their family dog came running towards the line of the hit, leaving both of them in shock for a moment. But it was too late for Sims to react and break her swing. Luckily, she missed hitting the dog in the face by ‘inches’, as she mentioned. She even posted an Instagram story of the same showing how close they were to cause an absolute tragedy.

“Inches away from an ER visit”, Sims wrote along with the video. Meanwhile, Koepka’s stressed-out voice could be heard in the background yelling his dog’s name to stop while he came rushing towards the line of fire! And seconds after she missed hitting the little pooch, Koepka was heard taking a sigh of relief and saying, “Whoa, that just…” at the end of the video.

However, despite the luckily-avoided accident, fans had something else on their minds. More than being worried about the dog, numerous fans replied to Sims’ story showing concerns about her breaking windows. Yes, the windows! Jena posted a screenshot of one of her fans’ reactions who replied “Those windows” on her dramatic shot. And replying to all her fans who were texting her about the same, here’s what she wrote:

“Got several messages about me hitting the ball towards our windows lol…That was the least of our worries because Brooks knows I could prob hit it 20 yards MAX…I appreciate y’all’s confidence in me tho.” Well, not sure if the fans meant to show confidence in her shot. But they were definitely more interested in making sure the windows were okay.
