Brooks Koepka gets candid about comfort zones

Koepka spoke about a range of issues, but his stepping out of his comfort zone was the climax of the show. He spoke about how he got extremely comfortable after winning his fourth major. He added, “I kind of slacked off a little bit. You know, it was like, Things were coming too easy.”

The LIV star mentioned how he took his eyes off the prize when he began skipping gym, as a result of which injuries started to pop up here and there. This was his wake-up call to get back in the groove. He said, “And I’m like, holy cow, this is I really got to dive back into it.”

Koepka mentioned how for two years he created a lot of bad habits and how for about two years he did not see the results of those bad habits.
