The LIV Golf 2023 season ended long before the PGA Tour. The players had packed their bags and moved to enjoy the time off. As the players enjoy their off-season, LIV has started with the preparation for its third edition. The 2024 season should start somewhere around February.

But there has been no official schedule announced by the PIF-backed league. The lack of schedule is on someone’s mind 24×7. The five-time major winner, Brooks Koepka, has shown his eagerness for it again and again via Instagram.

Brooks Koepka pulls LIV Golf’s leg

The LIV Golf season will supposedly follow the same format and will have 14 events, for the 2024 season as well. Out of all the 14, only one event has got the confirmation. LIV Golf will move to Adelaide for the inauguration of the 2024 season. However, there has been utter silence over the other events and the full schedule.

This did not sit right with Smash GC’s captain, Brooks Koepka. Koepka does what he wants and this time he left a few (mainly two) comments on LIV Golf’s Instagram account. Why? The LIV defector wants to know the full schedule of LIV’s 2024 season and he probably does not fear much.

LIV Golf made an Instagram post about their players sporting a stylish pair of shoes. They then asked the audience which pair they were rocking on the course. To which Koepka replied, “We don’t know what course because we haven’t seen the schedule.” 

This is one of the cheeky comments the captain left for his beloved league. Another comment was on the same issue. However, sometime later, Koepka deleted the comment once it started reaching a wider audience. 

The comment that started it all

In another instance, LIV made an interactive post for its followers. The post was a photoshopped “DM” screenshot, which had messages from the top LIV golfers. The post asked the fans “Who’s DM are you replying to?” And there came the reply from its top player, Brooks Koepka.

In a now-deleted comment, Koepka wrote, “The DM with the schedule for the next year would be nice”. Although he retracted it later, people were quick to capture the moment. From the above interaction, it looks like Koepka is eagerly waiting for the return of the league. What do you think about the comments the champion left?
