Amy Mickelson gets raving reviews from Shipnuck

Shipnuck has taken more than a few jabs at Mickelson over the years. The sportswriter has revealed many controversial stories about the American golfer, such as the comments on Saudi Arabia made by the 6-time major winner, where he allegedly claimed that Lefty called the Saudi people “scary motherf******.” The revelations made by Shipnuck led to many serious repercussions for the golfer.

Shipnuck shared the gentle way in which Amy Mickelson reacted whenever her husband used to make any mistakes on the golfing course or did something crazy. According to Shipnuck, Mrs. Mickleson would just say “Oh Philip” and sigh.

Amy Mickelson’s support is one of the main reasons why Phil Mickelson still stands tall. Despite their feud, Phil would probably agree with Shipnuck about this.
