A Twitter user roasts LIV Golf for no audience

The team competition in Miami is a crucial event for Talor Gooch. With three of the biggest wins this year, Gooch is currently the richest and most successful player on the Tour. If his team wins this week, then he will create a new record. On the other hand, if they lose, then it will be very disappointing for the team but not a big loss for Gooch.

He became the Individual title champion last week in Jeddah and bagged $30 million, thanks to his impressive performance this year. This week in Miami, he and Dustin Johnson made consecutive birdies which helped their teams in getting into the final round. He defeated Eugenio Chacarra and led RangeGoats to the finals.

Now the final round will decide whose team will get the first prize of $16 million. However, a picture from the event has surfaced on the internet in which Gooch is playing alone in a large and empty field with only his caddie by his side. The lack of spectators at the tournament became a matter for trolls on the internet.

Pulling Gooch’s leg a person wrote on X “Fantastic that Taylor Gooch can experience a Ryder Cup-type atmosphere through LIV’s Team Championship. Look at the crowds. Quite magnificent.” The fans are definitely having their fun, thanks to the photo.

Sarcasm definitely seems to be the weapon of choice that most fans went for to mock LIV Golf.

According to one user, what is more important in this scenario is that Gooch will retire comfortably with all his wins. The lack of audience doesn’t seem like a big problem to this person.

This user joined the trolling with what seems like a polite question.

This user decided to not stop at merely roasting Gooch.

The most merciless comment was added by this user, who called LIV dead.

Well, this is not the first time that the lack of spectators at LIV’s event has inspired mockery on the internet. However, the focus of today is who will win the event. Do you have some predictions? Share them with us!
