‘Lives Up to the Hype’: The Two-Time Major Champion Justin Thomas Speaks About His Latest Opportunity To Be Part of an Elite Community

Justin Thomas is having the best time of his life now! Creating history at President Cup with his fellow golfer, Jordan Spieth, marrying his long-time girlfriend in a private ceremony, playing an exhibition game against two most respected PGA Tour golfers…the list goes on. And now, he has achieved a feat only a few can get in this world. 

The PGA Championship winner’s latest Instagram post shows the golfer is now part of an elite class. According to the social media post, Thomas recently visited Rao’s, the most exclusive restaurant in the world. His post became more invaluable as the picture he uploaded had not one, but four VIPs alongside him.

To call the Rao’s an exclusive destination would be an understatement. Only those who know the owners would get a place to eat at the 10-table eatery. Yet, Justin Thomas got to enjoy a great night there a couple of days ago. 

“Rao’s lives up to the hype. Epic night with an even better crew,” the recently married golfer wrote on Instagram after he visited the New York-based Southern Italian restaurant. 

Notably, he didn’t go there alone. He had some company. The photo that the 2-time major champion uploaded on Instagram shows he spent the night at the Rao’s with four notable personalities of America. 

The founder of real estate powerhouse AJ Capital Partners, Ben Weprin, stood close and placed a hand on the PGA Tour player in the photo. Notably, the two-time Super Bowl champion and MVP, Eli Manning was also seen in the photo with JT.

Moreover, the Instagram picture suggests that the country singers Morgan Wallen and Eric Church, who also enjoy playing golf, were also a part of JT’s “epic night” at the Rao’s. 

From a fun night with his ‘elite’ friends to a competition against the ‘elite’ golfers

The 15-time major champion, Tiger Woods, and the current world no. 1, Rory McIlroy will compete against JT and his best friend and Presidents Cup partner, Jordan Spieth at Capital One’s ‘The Match’ VII. 

The exhibition event will begin on December 10 at 6 pm ET at the Pelican GC in Florida. Notably, it will be a first-time experience for JT, McIlroy, and Spieth, whereas Woods has participated twice in it against his all-time rival, Phil Mickelson. 

Only time can tell whether JT’s team will win in Florida tonight. However, it is sure from his Instagram post that the 2-time major champion is full of spirit going into the event following a fun night with his friends at the famous eatery.
