And while Fowler is gearing up for the important championship, PGA Tour has shared a major update regarding him and his practice round buddy Brennan which is making fans wild.

Rickie Fowler is one of the biggest names on the PGA Tour and many youngsters have grown up idolising him. And for one of them Michael Brennan it was a dream come true moment when he get to share the course with Fowler. This is one of the biggest moments of Brennann’s life who is still in college. In 2012 Fowler sent him a signed picture with a note that said “To Mike, Look forward to playing a practice round with you at the 2025 U.S. Open! Keep up the good work!!” Surprisingly this prophecy is coming to life at the US Open.

In the picture shared by PGA Tour on Twitter and Instagram, a very young Michael Brennan is seen dressed as his idol Rickie for 2012 Halloween in one half. Like Fowler’s Oklahoma State orange, Breenan is also wearing an orange t-shirt and pants accompanied by a Puma belt and cap and also sporting the same haircut. Brennan was just looking like a mini version of Fowler.

PGA wrote in their caption – “2012: Dresses up like Rickie Fowler for Halloween 2023: Tees it up with Rickie Fowler at U.S. Open Michael Brennan lives out a dream playing a practice round foreshadowed years ago by a message from @RickieFowler“. Fans were quick to react to this adorable throwback.

While another was left feeling nostalgic and old.

In the pic, PGA draws our attention toward the extraordinary development that Michael has achieved. He has not only met his hero but has become worthy enough of sharing the course with him at one of the biggest golf events – the U S Open.
