LIV Golf has reached its last phase and its golfers are in Jeddah trying to test their luck. Like every other LIV event, this tournament also has a prize purse of $25 million. With money and future at stake, the tensions are high, which ultimately resulted in a cry of agony from Smash GC captain Brooks Koepka. 

The 2023 PGA Championship winner threw a little tantrum episode where he cursed himself for failing a rather easy shot. And just a few hours later, another LIV golfer has followed the trend!

For players who haven’t been able to score a win this season, this is a great chance to gear up and let their talent shine. But winning is not that easy after all. The match is being held at the Royal Greens Golf & Country Club, an unknown terrain to the golfers.

The temperature is already high in Saudi Arabia. Amidst the tension and the heat, making a shot is not easy. And for Harold Varner III, sadly his patience ran out while swinging. When he was on the last hole of the day, he made a shot and the ball went flying into the air. As Varner made a request to the ball to be kind and land directly in the hole but he made the request in an unconventional manner. He said, “Be kind you ****suckaaaa.”

His hot mic caught the words. Looks like Koepka is spreading his impact. 

Like Koepka, Varner too is performing in shorts which is uncommon. The players are finding Middle East temperature harsh and the effect on Brooks was also seen and heard.

Brooks Koepka’s tantrum problems at LIV Golf Jeddah

Koepka had a similar episode during one of his rounds, where he made a final shot from a sand-filled bunker, but his ball ended up a few feet away from the hole. On this, he got angry at himself and blurted out “F***ing Dumb**. Motherf****r.” His profane words were caught on the hot mic. And in an attempt to cover for Brooks, the commentator quickly said, “Such a difficult bunker shot.”
