With a kickass answer lefty replied to the tweet – “As worn out as Mclroy was after the Masters and his need for an off-season, LIV would be perfect for him. Problem is I don’t think there’s a team that wants him on it because they’d have to deal with all his bs.”

With these words not only had Mickelson ended the possibility of McIlroy having a future at LIV at his end, but he also had this revenge on him for calling him selfish, egotistical, and ignorant in an interview last year.
The three times Masters winner also poked fun at his nemesis by teasing him about how great things would be had he been on LIV’s side. But now Phil is sure that Rory won’t find a place for himself with any team in LIV because of his b****it.
This year saw Rory have an unsatisfactory result at the Master’s. He missed the cut for the second time in three years. McIlroy has won the British Open and the U.S. Open, but he is yet to add the title of being a Masters winner to his name. In such a situation, McIlroy’s remarks about some time off, gave Mickelson a great strike which grabbed the PGA Tour loyalist by the horns!
