The 2023 season of LIV Golf has concluded and the tentative schedule for 2024 has been released by Sports Illustrated. But LIV Golf’s loyal supporter and admirer had to be disappointed, as none of his golf courses were featured for the next season.

Donald Trump has been an ally of the PIF-backed LIV Golf since its inception. Subsequently, the breakaway league held many of its golf events on Trump’s courses. However, the third edition may not display his courses. While a piece of bad news comes, there is some good news for Trump.

Donald Trump has many a course around the world. The former U.S. President has been vocal, showing support to the LIV Golf and having their events in his courses. The 2022 and 2023 courses hosted a total of five events. Even the season-ending team championship was held in his course, Trump National Doral.

Coming to the tentative 14 events LIV Golf will host , none of them will be played at Trump’s courses. A little injured by his great pal Greg Norman’s decision as Trump did not hesitate endorsing the league. However, another major news has relieved the aching pain.

The golf courses of Trump are not restricted to only the U.S. One of its destinations is Dubai, UAE. Situated in the heart of DAMAC Hills, the Trump International Golf Club added the latest innovation in its pocket.

The club has announced a newly renovated course which will now offer the facility of Night Golf. The 18-hole course will be illuminated by LED Floodlight and will ensure an extraordinary experience while playing at night.

The course will be one of its kind and give golf enthusiasts a new experience. While LIV Golf may have betrayed Trump, he, on the other hand, always talked on its behalf. Even when people were critical of the league.

Trump predicted the biggest golf merger

Before the announcement of the LIV Golf, PGA Tour, and DP World Tour merger, Donald Trump predicted it long before. In one of the posts on the Truth Social, Trump addressed the PGA Tour players and said, “All of those golfers that remain ‘loyal’ to the very disloyal PGA, in all of its different forms, will pay a big price when the inevitable MERGER with LIV comes, and you get nothing but a big ‘thank you’ from PGA officials who are making Millions of Dollars a year.”

At that time, his post was deemed a joke and nobody took it seriously. However, exactly after a year, the news of the merger shocked the golf world. Trump knew it all along and tried to warn others as well. Being loyal to LIV Golf, the schedule may change and occupy one of his courses.
